About Eli
Hi, I’m Elham Rezaei — a Toronto-based photographer, videographer, multimedia content producer, and photography instructor with over 20 years of experience in photography and visual storytelling.
My journey in visual arts began with photography and graphic design, and over the years, it has grown into a broader creative practice that includes photography, video production, visual storytelling, digital content, and creative education.
I hold a Master’s degree in Photography and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. This combination has shaped the way I see and create images. For me, photography is not simply about capturing a beautiful moment—it is about understanding the purpose behind an image and using composition, lighting, colour, storytelling, and visual direction to communicate an idea or emotion.
My Projects
I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses to create visual content that is both creative and purposeful.
My photography services include portrait and headshot photography, personal branding, product photography, commercial photography, architectural photography, event photography, food photography, and lifestyle content.
Alongside photography, my experience in videography, direction, editing, and digital content production allows me to create photo and video content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
Whether it is a professional portrait, a product that needs to stand out, an event that deserves to be remembered, or visual content created to strengthen a brand, I approach every project with attention to both the creative vision and the message behind it.
My Teaching & Creative Education
Teaching has been an important part of my professional journey for more than seven years.
I have taught photography and graphic design in educational environments, combining theory with hands-on practice. My teaching has included camera operation, composition, lighting, visual storytelling, digital imaging, image editing, and creative project development.
I particularly enjoy helping students and learners turn an idea into a finished visual project—from planning and shooting to editing and presentation.
Today, I continue this part of my work through photography workshops, private instruction, and creative consulting.
My Approach
Every project starts with a conversation.
I take the time to understand what you want to communicate, who you want to reach, and how you want your images or content to represent you or your brand. From there, I combine creative direction with technical expertise to create visuals that feel authentic, polished, and purposeful.
Based in Toronto, I work with clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
